"I was a State Farm customer for approximately 30 years. In 2017, I sold my in-bed truck camper and, on the same day, traded it in at the dealership for a pull-behind trailer. At that time, I contacted the office to update my policy to reflect this change. Since 2017, I have reviewed my insurance coverage multiple times and was never informed that I was still being charged for the camper I had sold. Last month, due to continued premium increases, I cancelled my truck insurance policy. During that process, I discovered that I had continued to be charged for coverage on the camper I no longer owned. I promptly provided the requested documentation confirming the 2017 sale; however, the office declined to reimburse me for the overpayments made on a vehicle I had not owned for several years. State Farm refused to pay me back for any premium I had paid, even though the staff at Kevin Hayward's office has NEVER informed me that I was still being charged for a camper I didn't own. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns regarding oversight and accountability within the office."

"I had called a few insurance companies prior to calling on the state farm. I was in a situation that I needed insurance that day that hour. My responses from other insurance companies were let's say not professional or compassionate. What I realized state farm is who I was with 5 years , I called state farm on up right away. IArnie had taken the call right away.Listen to what I had to say without interrupting, asked me if I was okay. Within minutes , we were discussing which insurance would be best for me at this time. No exaggeration, within 15 minutes.I had insurance emailed it over to me , including my temporary insurance card. Arnie had mentioned that after I get settled that I should come back and get a bundle of insurance and indeed , I will. I know this sounds corny, and it's just insurance.But he knew that I needed help , and he got it , and it was just people helping people. Don't waste your time calling other places.Honestly , go to state farm and hopefully , if you're in the area , go to arnie in lacey"

"The 5 stars are for the help I received after a call about an issue - having the issue in the first place wouldn't have rated 5stars. Had to call and correct mailing address. They even had an address in the system for a house I never bought! Sometimes I get the impression that different people are handling my account there and that sometimes things fall between the cracks. They are very pleasant to deal with though and Giselle, who answered my call said they would correct the address issues right away. Thanks!"

I just purchased a classic automobile which can usually be a stressful endeavor, however, Vanessa made the process so easy to understand. Patrice helped with the paperwork for the claim and made the process so simple. We had to add on a vehicle and worked with Kaity.
