"The absolute worst most unorganized unprofessional insurance agency of all time. I called for a quote general liability insurance. First I talked to a guy that asked all questions that you could possibly ask. I spent over two hours answering questions. They said they would call back with a quote. Then I get a call from an extremely rude lady that said, “she would be quoting me”, then proceeded to start asking the same exact questions over again. Then the lady calls the next morning and requests “I change certain things on my website and then she can quote me a rate”. I go and make the changes, and then get a call back from the lady and she lies to me and says, “she can’t quote me”. She cites a ridiculous reason and she’s clearly being dishonest. Then, to top it all off I start getting text messages from the weird owner sending me numerous messages of other agents contact numbers over and over again. Dummy must think I can’t use Google myself. The buyer experience was horrible and the time they wasted was unacceptable. I suggest anyone wanting to do business with this pathetic office to run far away."
